I have had this lamp for about 10 years now & at one point I had two of them. Unfortunately through many moves one of them broke. I wish I could find a better before picture, but my wonderful husband has "misplaced" them! He's always moving & deleting pictures on our computer...I take A LOT of project pic's.
was an antique gold, yellowish, & green color before. I liked it but was ready for a change.
Heirloom White in satin. I'm LOVING this color!!! I added some gray glaze to the raised detailed areas. I REALLY need to work on my glazing...not so good at that. I still need to get a coat of sealer in it but Home Depot was out of the Clear Satin.
Trimmed of the excess fabric, leaving about a 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch to fold over.
At the seam, spay the back side of your excess fabric & fold it onto it's self. Then spray your seam down. Spay the top & bottom rim of the shade from the inside and tuck your fabric over.
I love it! It's now in the master bedroom.
